Under the supervision of the Director of Program Operations, the position is responsible for the daily oversight of the subcontracted/vendor security, staff, clients, and property. This includes training, scheduling, and monitoring for regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting daily observations of the security operations to ensure compliance with the contracted services, ensuring that all security guards are on their assigned posts, dressed in uniform, and engaging staff and clients appropriately. Additionally, the position requires ensuring that all security providing services have an active license and that all documents are maintained in a critical binder. The individual will log all incidents, complete appropriate reports, and escalate incidents to DHS and VIP Community Services as necessary. The role also involves ensuring that all clients, staff, and visitors sign in and out of the building in compliance with FDNY codes, reporting any incidents or compliance issues to the DPO and Program Director, and maintaining excellent working relationships with all clients, staff, and vendors. Participation in training, workshops, and educational programs is also required, along with conducting rounds as requested by Security Guards.
