About The Position

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Security Specialist to support security operations within a corporate or professional environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong security background who demonstrate excellent customer service, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere. The Security Specialist will be responsible for access control, patrol functions, and day-to-day security operations while serving as a visible and professional presence on site.

Requirements

3–5+ years of security experience required , preferably in a corporate or professional setting
CPR certification required
F-01 Fire Guard certification required
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Computer literate with the ability to navigate access control and reporting systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand and/or patrol for 8–10 hours per shift
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently

Responsibilities

Monitor and control site access, including visitor check-ins and credential verification
Conduct standing and mobile patrols to ensure safety and policy compliance
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and security documentation
Respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and service requests
Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders
Utilize computer-based systems for reporting and access control
Enforce site rules, safety procedures, and emergency protocols
Maintain a professional appearance and calm demeanor at all times
