CGI Federal is seeking a Security Specialist to support security operations for a large federal agency's Cloud Infrastructure, including monitoring, scanning, compliance, and ATO documentation. This position is located in Baltimore, MD

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree +7 years of relevant IT experience
• Experience with cloud security operations (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of IAM, encryption, scanning tools, and event logging.
• Understanding of FISMA, NIST, and STIG requirements.
• Strong documentation and analysis skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in federal ATO processes.
• Knowledge of Ansible security automation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and security reporting.
• Support malware detection, incident response, and identity management.
• Maintain POA&M records, SSP/ATO documentation, and compliance artifacts.
• Perform security impact analyses for infrastructure changes.
• Support cloud security for AWS/GCP/Azure environments.
