Responsibilities

Familiarize yourself with post orders, pass-down notes, and site-related memos.
Provide Tier-1 customer service to client employees, customers, co-workers, and visitors regarding questions, directions, and general inquiries.
Receive and document customer questions or concerns and escalate them to the appropriate Trident representative or Site POC.
Ensure all issues and complaints are fully documented and appropriately escalated.
Patrol premises regularly (every 60 minutes) to maintain order and establish presence.
Monitor and control access of authorized vehicles, personnel, or visitors on the property.
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure all workers wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic first aid, CPR, and AED.
Conduct checks of interior and exterior doors and gates to ensure they are secure and functioning correctly.
Conduct interior and exterior building checks for glass breaks, maintenance issues, hazards, or unusual situations.
Observe and escalate any suspicious persons or situations up the chain of command.
Perform other duties as assigned by Trident.
