This is a physical job that requires the ability to work in different environments and terrains, as well as frequent travel between client buildings and/or campuses.

Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays, and overtime, when needed.

Responsibilities

Assist client employees, customers, and visitors with questions, directions, and general inquiries
Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic first aid, CPR, and AED as certified
Conduct exterior door checks to ensure doors and gates are secure and functioning properly
Conduct exterior building checks for glass breaks, maintenance issues, or hazards
Conduct Mobile Patrols at client campuses throughout the Santa Clara Valley
Conduct regular inspection of all necessary equipment (including radios, bikes, and vehicles) and accessories to ensure operational condition.
Work with other client employees at special events.
Participate in daily briefings to receive updated information in preparation for the shift
Observe and escalate situations involving suspicious persons or situations
Any other duties as assigned by Trident.
