Responsibilities

  • Assist client employees, customers, and visitors with questions, directions, and general inquiries
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic first aid, CPR, and AED as certified
  • Conduct exterior door checks to ensure doors and gates are secure and functioning properly
  • Conduct exterior building checks for glass breaks, maintenance issues, or hazards
  • Conduct Mobile Patrols at client campuses throughout the Santa Clara Valley
  • Conduct regular inspection of all necessary equipment (including radios, bikes, and vehicles) and accessories to ensure operational condition.
  • Work with other client employees at special events.
  • Participate in daily briefings to receive updated information in preparation for the shift
  • Observe and escalate situations involving suspicious persons or situations
  • Any other duties as assigned by Trident.
