  • Build and maintain backend services and in-house applications with a focus on performance, reliability and scalability to serve internal and external teams
  • Review existing legacy application code to determine re-usability and customization, including options for microservices
  • Write clean, maintainable and efficient code with high code quality
  • Develop automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase. Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and educate team members and PMs about new product possibilities enabled by these new technologies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with both business and technical teams to gather functional requirements for in-house and external technologies
  • Experience in backend development with a focus on performance and scalability
  • Proficiency in Microservice and Serverless architecture
  • Strong coding skills with a focus on clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Experience with automated testing and troubleshooting
  • Ability to analyze and optimize data pipeline performance
  • Familiarity with AI and LLMs for innovative solutions
  • Experience working in a security-focused environment
  • Knowledge of global regulations related to data security
  • Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in a tech environment
