About The Position

The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services to an assigned customer. This role acts as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery. The supervisor will oversee site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline as needed, while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.

Responsibilities
