About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and professional Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at a client site in DeSoto, TX. This role is responsible for supervising Security Officers, ensuring site procedures are followed, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. The Security Site Supervisor serves as the primary liaison between the District Manager, client representatives, and the security team.

Requirements

1–3 years of security experience (prior supervisory or lead experience preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in high‑pressure situations
Basic computer skills, including report writing and email
Valid Driver’s License
Must be 21 years of age or older due to driving requirements
Valid guard card/license as required by state or local regulations
Flexible availability, with willingness to work nights or weekends as needed

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily security operations during assigned shifts
Lead, motivate, and support Security Officers to ensure performance standards are met
Ensure compliance with post orders, company policies, and site expectations
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and unusual situations; make sound decisions under pressure
Complete incident reports, shift reports, and required documentation accurately and timely
Conduct briefings, inspections, and follow‑ups as needed
Serve as a point of contact between the client, Site Manager, and security staff
Assist with training, coaching, and performance feedback for assigned officers
Maintain a professional presence and provide excellent customer service at all times
