Principle Responsibilities: Periodic Tours to secure areas Check for irregularities Be in charge of preserving order May enforce regulations pertaining to personnel and visitors Protecting staff and property from theft or damage, or persons from hazards or interference, including the potential for violence in the work place Control access to client facility through the admittance process Maintains and displays good public relations skills when interacting with visitors and staff Monitors entrances and exits Provides information regarding the facility and surrounding areas as requested by visitors Prevents unapproved or unlawful entry Prepare logs or reports as required for post Observes and reports incidents All employment is conditional upon successfully passing a background and drug screening. Requirements

High School Diploma
1+ years related experience in supervising security operations of a comparable size and complexity to the assigned locations
Including any combination of healthcare industry, law enforcement, or military police experience that included supervisory experience
Security Guard Card
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to assess risks, make sound decisions, and implement effective security measures
Computer proficiency
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Familiarity with security technologies
Strong knowledge of healthcare security regulations
Exceptional leadership skills
Ability to handle sensitive information
Ability to respond to emergency situations as required
Ability to work in a stressful environment

Responsibilities
