• Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to assigned customers.
• Act as a liaison between customers, operation managers, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to site staff within approved empowerment range.
• Enforce contract standards and administer site safety programs.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently at the client site.
• Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce necessary reports for effective business management.
• Enforce Allied Universal's policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos.
