About The Position

The Security Site Supervisor will function as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s). The supervisor will ensure that all post orders are followed, established rounds are completed, and required reports are filed. In emergency situations, the supervisor will notify the proper authorities and the client. The role includes coaching and disciplining personnel, training Security Officers, and assisting in payroll submissions. The supervisor will also prepare and submit various reports, inspect posts, and meet with client representatives to ensure all security requirements are met. The position may require performing the duties of a Security Officer as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in retail.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in supervisory or management roles.
• Comfortable with different forms of technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client site(s).
• Ensure compliance with post orders and completion of established rounds.
• Notify authorities and clients in emergency situations.
• Coach and discipline personnel as appropriate.
• Train Security Officers and review post orders with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare and submit various reports as required.
• Inspect posts and meet with subordinates to outline tasks.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
• Carry out supervisory duties including interviewing, training, and performance appraisals.
• Perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.

Benefits

• $20.00/hr pay rate.
