Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable means of transportation and means of communication.
• Must pass all required background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Provide general security duties to clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Communicate with Branch management regarding all issues, scheduling, staffing, and record keeping related to the client.
• Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI's safety manual.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• Act as a liaison with the client and be responsible for day-to-day operations at the site location.
• Maintain customer service orientation and possess basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements.
