The Armed Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. They will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers, supervising site staff and providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Requirements

  • Must be 25 years of age or older
  • Have experience being armed under LSBPSE
  • 2 years or more in security
  • Clean Louisiana driver's license (no flags or suspensions)
  • Able to pass DISA drug screen: hair, urine and BAC test
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work outside in elements
  • Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology
  • Able to occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Able to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
  • Able to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update access control
  • Issue access badges
  • Control alarm panel
  • Provide customer service to all guests and staff
  • Manage front desk phone system (answer phones, inquiries, messages)
  • Prepare muster reports
  • Answer client management inquiries
  • Communicate staffing needs to Operation Manager
  • Assure that officers receive appropriate training and performance management
  • Handle crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently
  • Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports
