About The Position

Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of an Armed Security Site Supervisor. The Armed Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Armed Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology.
• Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers.
• Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline.
• Communicate staffing needs to Operation Manager, including using the Requisition process.
• Assure that officers receive appropriate training and develop both technical and professional skills.
• Handle crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports for effective business management.
• Ensure employee grievances are heard with help from appropriate HR support.
