About The Position

The Security Site Supervisor at Allied Universal is responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services to assigned customers. This role acts as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery. The supervisor will also provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to site staff within an approved empowerment range, contributing to a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner.
• Licensing requirements may be subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Capable of lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Enforce contract standards and administer site safety programs.
• Handle crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce necessary reports for effective business management.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ensure compliance with Allied Universal's policies as outlined in handbooks and executive memos.
