POSITION SUMMARY: The Security Facility Supervisor manages and provides leadership to assigned workgroup; develops, implements, and coordinates program activities. Requirements

Completed High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs.,
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).
For applicable roles, previous employment must be verified through our background vendor. If any employment cannot be confirmed, candidates may be required to provide proof of employment (such as a pay stubs or W-2s).

Responsibilities

Implement and oversee security operations at individual facilities -- including responsibilities for day-to-day supervision, motivation, coaching and training of our Officers on site.
