Requirements

Active NYS Security Guard License - REQUIRED
ACTIVE NYS Driver's License + Clean Driving Record - REQUIRED
Two years of prior Security experience - REQUIRED
Proven leadership skills in a security or similar role
Physically able to walk and stand for the full shift (this is an active role)
Reliable, professional, and punctual
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
Must have reliable transportation to Garden City, NY

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a small on-site security team
Perform regular foot patrols throughout the shopping center
Ensure team members are alert, professional, and meeting site expectations
Respond promptly to incidents, escalate when needed, and complete reports
Act as the primary point of contact between the site and security management
