The Security Facility Supervisor manages and provides leadership to assigned workgroup; develops, implements, and coordinates program activities.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Previous security experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
Valid driver's license and ability to meet HSS a Tarian company's driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).

Nice To Haves

Previous experience training and overseeing staff

Responsibilities

Implement and oversee security operations at individual facilities -- including responsibilities for day-to-day supervision, motivation, coaching and training of our Officers on site.
Performs other duties as assigned
