POSITION SUMMARY: The Security Facility Supervisor manages and provides leadership to assigned workgroup; develops, implements, and coordinates program activities.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Previous security experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian's driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles).

Responsibilities

Ensure system wide security operations are conducted in accordance with jointly agreed upon Customer policy and procedures.
Ensure that proper staffing is in place for shifts.
Respond to any major incidents that occur in any facility as well as random spot checks conducted throughout their shift of all Customer locations where guard service is supplied.
Implement and oversee security operations at individual facilities - including responsibilities for day-to-day supervision, motivation, coaching and training of our Officers on site.
Performs other duties as assigned
