About The Position

National Security Consultants is currently seeking dedicated full-time Security Shift Supervisor to assist in enhancing the security operations at the South Hill Mall. In This Role, You Will: Be responsible for the safety and security of the facility, including staff, tenants and guests. Provide a high level of customer service to clients and patrons. Ensure security officers are following company policy and procedures Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points. Requirements

Effective written and verbal communications skills.
Be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
High school diploma or GED equivalency.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Clean criminal background and be able to pass drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred but not required
