About The Position

The Security Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security supervisors and security officers within the casino environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and protection of casino patrons, employees, and assets, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. The supervisor will work under the general direction of the Security Manager and/or Director of Security, maintaining confidentiality of all privileged information.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years of security experience.
• Two (2) years of experience as a supervisor or in a leadership role.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
• No felony, theft or stealing convictions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.
• Obtain and maintain a gaming license.
