Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers.
  • Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
  • Administer site safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for security officers.
  • Handle crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
  • Enforce Contract Standards and Allied Universal's policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have 1+ years of Security experience or the equivalent.
  • Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have intermediate computer skills.
  • Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • Must be able to capably utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports.

Nice-to-haves

  • Access Control and Access Badge experience preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience preferred.
