We are hiring a Shift Supervisor in Claycomo, MO for a part-time position. This role offers competitive pay and steady hours, with the potential for approximately 8 hours per week. Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience (if applicable).
• Clean driving record and minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy (if applicable).
• Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat.
• Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
• Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the shift operations at the client site.
• Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
