Allied Universal Security is Seeking a Full Time Flex Security Shift Supervisor. The Site is a Major Automaker in Dearborn, MI. Candidates Must Sucessfully Complete Level 2 Training, such as Confined Space Rescue, Incipient Fire Fighting, Hazardous Materials Training, etc. Candidates Must Be Clean-Shaven In Order to Complete This Training. The Position Starts At $23.84/ hour. The Schedule is Wed. & Thur., 1P-9P, & Fri. & Sat., 9P-9A. Weekly pay and Daily pay options available. Security and Supervisory experience preferred. Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor . Must have valid drivers license for more than one year. The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
