Security Shift Lead Must have current PERC license - 1 year supervisory experience - 2 plus years in security Please only apply if you meet requirements $24.00 - $25.00 p/hr If you have a passion for providing security services and seek a challenging role with an enthusiastic team – Marksman wants to hear from you! Security Shift Lead oversee and manage site activity. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures and protocol. Ensuring all security operations run smoothly and effectively. Working with data center systems, CCTV, VMS. Controlling ingress/egress and making rounds Responding to emergencies and coordinating with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel if required Documenting all security-related incidents and conducting thorough investigations Ensuring all security equipment, like security cameras and alarms, are in good working condition Providing regular shift reports to the Security Manager

Requirements

Minium of one year of prior supervisory experience
Proven experience as a security supervisor
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
Excellent surveillance and observation skills
Physical fitness and willingness to intervene in emergencies
Professional demeanor and appearance
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong leadership and management skills
Valid IL PERC License
Valid IL Driver’s License
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time

Responsibilities
