Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid security guard license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical capability to perform patrol duties and respond to emergencies.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in security services or law enforcement.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Familiarity with security technology such as CCTV systems and access control software.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Operate surveillance equipment and maintain detailed logs of daily activities and incidents.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or security breaches, coordinating with law enforcement as necessary.
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to access control, visitor management, and incident reporting.
• Provide assistance and guidance to employees, clients, and visitors while maintaining a professional presence.
