About The Position
Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Security Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Appleton/Oshkosh, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to routine and some non-routine customer service calls, performing scheduled maintenance, and addressing emergency and after-hours service calls in a timely manner. You will utilize your solid troubleshooting skills to diagnose, repair, and replace defective parts, as well as debug systems for routine problems. Your ability to analyze repair requirements and provide appropriate solutions will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with completing accurate and detailed service reports to facilitate invoicing and job cost tracking. As a Security Service Technician, you will work closely with other specialists to cross-train on servicing existing customers and carry out Customer Support Programs and small projects. Your scope of work will include technical assistance, systems checkout of new and existing installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance and repair routines associated with installed security systems. You will be expected to execute all service calls in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as company health and safety policies and procedures.
