About The Position

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Level Two Security Services Support Specialist in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role involves supporting security operations at Delta 9 by managing visitor control processes, overseeing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with collateral and Special Access Program (SAP) requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP and collateral security operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic requirements in a secure environment.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum of 3 years of program security experience within SAP mission area or highly classified SCIF/SAPF environment.
• Previous experience with classified access programs is highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated with the ability to make sound decisions independently.
• Proactive problem-solver with a forward-thinking approach.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) Security Specialist Course certification.
• Security Professional Education Development (SPēD) Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Manage visitor control processes and oversee security protocols at Delta 9.
• Ensure compliance with collateral and Special Access Program (SAP) requirements.
• Administer and maintain visitor control programs, including processing visitor access requests.
• Draft, update, and enforce entry and exit inspection procedures.
• Manage and secure classified containers within Delta 9 facilities.
• Process Program Access Requests (PAR) and maintain program access databases.
• Conduct security briefings and debriefings to ensure compliance with security protocols.
