This position supervises Security Officers on assigned shifts, ensures compliance with casino policies and gaming regulations, and responds decisively to incidents requiring advanced judgment and authority. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in security, surveillance, law enforcement preferably in the gaming industry.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.
• Tribal preference given to qualified tribal applicants.

Responsibilities

• Oversees their assigned shift and ensures the protection, safeguarding and security of the Casino's assets, personnel, customers and all visitors.
• Maintains the confidentiality of privileged information.
