As a member of the Pacific Hospitality Group, you will maintain warm, hospitable guest relations in all guest contact. Your responsibilities will include responding to individual guest needs, patrolling all areas of the hotel, and being aware of any potential emergency situations. You will supervise operational procedures for activities such as fire prevention and traffic control, respond to guest or associate accidents, and document all details of events. Additionally, you will handle guest requests and complaints in a courteous manner, report items in need of repair, and protect guest safety and well-being. You are expected to conduct yourself professionally at all times and follow all hotel policies and procedures.
