GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Scheduling and Payroll Manager to fulfill different assignments for our clients. The position is based in the corporate office located in Woodland Hills, CA. The role involves various administrative responsibilities including inputting weekly schedules, reviewing payroll reports for accuracy, compiling reports for client submission, and maintaining personnel files. The manager will also be responsible for ordering and distributing uniforms and providing excellent customer service to clients.

  • Input weekly schedules and update working schedule daily
  • Review reports daily/weekly to ensure accuracy in payroll and billing
  • Compile weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on hours billed and dark post for client submission
  • Order, distribute, and install cores and locks as needed
  • Maintain personnel files and update compliance tracker
  • Manage uniform inventory and ordering
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Respond quickly to critical situations
  • Read and write detailed reports
  • Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
  • Experience with scheduling employees and processing payroll is required
  • Experience in record keeping and accounts receivable/payable is required
  • Experience working in WinTeam is preferred
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
