Reporting to the Director, Security, the Building Security Scheduler is responsible for assisting and overseeing the robust scheduling operations for the department. In this role you will contribute to the daily and event base department scheduling, attendance tracking, and payroll needs for all department team members. The Security Scheduler should be attentive to details, can manage multiple priorities, and has strong written/verbal communication skills. They should be comfortable and successful at repetitive tasks, being flexible, and is passionate about being a part of a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role based in Inglewood and is eligible for our competitive benefit offerings including health insurance, Wellbeing Allowance and 401(k) with company contribution. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends, and holidays.
