Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the security industry.
  • Strong understanding of security systems and technologies, including alarms, access control, and surveillance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales leads and opportunities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to meet clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for security systems and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct consultations to assess clients' security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate security products and services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of security solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
