This Security Sales Consultant will be focused on driving new Enterprise Level multi-site business opportunities from companies incorporated out of the New York City / Northern New Jersey Markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 to 5 years sales experience preferably in the security integration business but at minimum a customer service-oriented business.
  • Valid Driver Licenses

  • Proven history of sales success identifying and developing (hunting) new business opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Innovative, self-starter with the self- confidence and ability to represent the Pavion Company in a professional, ethical manner to gain a high level of confidence.
  • Excellent problem-solving and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Develop and execute a strong business plan, advanced selling skills, e.g., qualify prospects, lead generation, new business development, account penetration, strategic selling, conceptual selling, issues-based selling, consultative selling, negotiation, and contracts (closing).
  • Experience building network of business relationships to create sales opportunities.
  • Identify target opportunities to ‘take’ large customer sales from our competitors where possible.
  • Serve as the key point of contact with your customers; develop/nurture these key relationships to grow business within the accounts.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customers and their issues to drive long term results and become their trusted advisor.
