About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Security Response Guard - Rover. This role requires individuals who are ready to adapt to various missions and thrive in dynamic environments. As a casual Security Officer - Response, your responsibilities will vary based on the day and special events, including customer service, patrols, and surveillance. The position requires flexibility to work at multiple site locations including Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Freedom, Monterey, Salinas, Hollister, Gilroy, and Morgan Hill, with no guaranteed schedules offered.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Must have an active drivers license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must have three plus months of security experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings
• Must be able to pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
