About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Security General Associate Manager / Security Response Center Shift Supervisor (Mid Night Shift) In this role, you will: Supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and risk based security products and services based on defined protocols, tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance Corporate Security Identify opportunities for developing, recommending, and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies to minimize the associated risks of criminal incidents against company assets, team members, or customers Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras and all other types of physical security equipment under direction of Corporate Security management Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with Vendors, Colleagues and managers Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Corporate Security experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ year of Leadership experience
  • Physical presence at the assigned Security Response Center is required and each employe in this role must work onsite at the location posted or other assigned office.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
  • This position is for the midnight shift.

  • Experience in crisis management communications
  • Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of emergency procedures and handling emergency situations
