About The Position

As a Security Representative at Hertz, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of the rental vehicle exit process. This role involves checking out customers, verifying vehicle and rental contract details, directing traffic, and maintaining a professional demeanor while working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Check out customers as they leave the Hertz property.
• Ensure vehicle numbers match the rental contract.
• Direct traffic at the exit gate.
• Scan vehicle numbers into a handheld computer.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with customers.
