About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Representative with extensive experience in security program management, security assessments, and NISPOM (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual) compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing the requirements of 32 CFR 117.

Requirements

In-depth experience with security requirements of the 32 CFR 117 NISPOM and government contracting processes
Prior experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) or AFSO for Possessing Facility with Certification within five years required
Strong collateral Security Assessment skills (Peer Review, Self Review, Mgmt. Review) required
Significant experience with DCSA Security Reviews, COMSEC audits, and Physical Security audits essential for position
Familiarity with Classified Cyber, COMSEC, NATO, OPSEC, collateral requirements required Strong knowledge/use of Security tools (SIMS, SMART, SODA, DART, NISS, DISS, etc.) required
Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Security policies and procedures
Effective presentation skills essential
Effective communication skills both written and oral with all levels, both internal and external customers, and all levels of government personnel
Ability to collaborate and partner with employees at all levels
Ability to read, understand, follow, and manage established processes as required
Travel required
Position requires minimum on-site work two days per week
Ability to obtain a Top Security personnel clearance
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
