About The Position

The Security Representative position at Lockheed Martin involves supporting multiple programs by enforcing security compliance in accordance with Department of Defense regulations and other established policies. The role requires monitoring and managing access control, media control, and physical security requirements within Special Access Program Facilities. The successful candidate will work primarily on the first shift, with potential for modified schedules to meet mission needs.

Requirements

• Final transferable Secret security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access.
• Familiarity with working in classified environments and/or classified materials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to partner with internal and external customers and teammates.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an Industrial Security position or Special Access Programs.
• Positive can-do attitude and self-starter mentality.
• Experience with NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, CPSO or CSSO experience.
• Knowledge of Physical Security standards in accordance with ICD 705.
• Ability to work well in a team and multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Escort and monitor personnel in Special Access Program Facilities.
• Enforce security compliance requirements as per DoD Manuals 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705.
• Manage access control and media control processes.
• Review and update Fixed Facility Checklists.
• Coordinate lab scheduling and related activities.
