About The Position

You will be the Security Rep Staff for the Security Team. Our team is responsible for safeguarding classified programs and ensuring compliance with all security regulations. What You Will Be Doing As the Security Rep Staff you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive security support across multiple high‑tempo classified initiatives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage personnel, physical, and technical security requirements for large, fast‑moving classified programs. Provide policy guidance, classification management, and research in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, and ICD 705. Prepare and deliver high‑level program leadership briefings, presentations, and classified meeting support. Process Program Access Requests (PAR) and coordinate security education for program stakeholders. Develop and obtain approvals for plans supporting new test environments and on‑site facilities/labs. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to start.

Requirements

  • Change management experience and process-discipline skillsets
  • Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 and ICD 705.
  • The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills
  • Requires Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years and the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance. This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within a sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.
