About The Position
The Security Ranger position at the Columbus Zoo Family of Parks is responsible for enforcing rules and regulations to ensure the safety of guests, team members, and property. This full-time role involves patrolling the zoo and associated properties, responding to emergencies, and providing public assistance. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to act quickly in various situations, including emergencies. The work schedule is from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Thursday through Monday, with a pay range of $19.68 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience.
