About The Position

We are seeking a results -driven Security Project Manager (PM) to oversee a comprehensive armed/unarmed security program supporting the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC). Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
5+ years of security management experience overseeing 30+ personnel
CLEET certification required
Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
U.S. Citizenship required
Must meet FAA Suitability Requirements and pass a background check
Must be able to walk, stand, and respond to emergencies as needed
Computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for all operational communications between the company and FAA.
Lead all contract security functions: access control, patrols, surveillance, and emergency coordination.
Address staffing, violations, deficiencies, and training requirements.
Maintain all employee readiness, licensing, and certification files.
Oversee contractor quality control and compliance programs.
Available on -site during regular hours and on -call during emergencies.
