About The Position

We are currently seeking dedication and diligent security professionals with a minimum of two years of experience in security, Military service, Law enforcement, or relevant college education. DRESS CODE: BUSINESS ATTIRE Must have (No Exceptions): Valid Florida Security License D License and/or G License Valid Driver's License Please enclose your resume for consideration Five-star customer service skills Government contracts require ONE of the following (No Exceptions): U.S. Military Service (DD214 Honorable Discharge); or Police/Corrections Academy Certification (U.S. only with Certificate); or Associate’s degree (60 College Credits on Official Transcripts)
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in security, Military service, Law enforcement, or relevant college education
- Valid Florida Security License D License and/or G License
- Valid Driver's License
- Five-star customer service skills
- U.S. Military Service (DD214 Honorable Discharge); or Police/Corrections Academy Certification (U.S. only with Certificate); or Associate’s degree (60 College Credits on Official Transcripts)
- Be at least 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participating in industry specific security/safety training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to manage pressure of working with high volume public (constantly to occasionally)
- Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
- Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
