As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a utilities location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the premises to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves interacting with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining clear communication. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of surroundings.
Report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to established procedures.
Work collaboratively with site personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by Allied Universal and the client.
Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while performing patrols and during all assigned duties.
