As a Security Professional - Unarmed Post in Napoleon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with clients and visitors. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the location's operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior within the food and beverage production environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, employees, and visitors regarding security-related matters and site protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.
• Assist with access control and visitor management to help to maintain the integrity of the location's operations.
