As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol food and beverage locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, offer outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols provided by Allied Universal.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity within the location, particularly areas related to food and beverage operations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
  • Document security-related incidents and maintain accurate logs according to site requirements.
  • Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency or evacuation procedures by following established protocols.
