As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location. You will conduct regular patrols, respond to situations as they arise, and interact professionally with visitors and staff. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards within the location, following established protocols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with inquiries and directions while maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related concerns specific to financial institution environments.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.
