About The Position

As a Security Professional Unarmed Patrol - Tech/Media in Mount Juliet, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license as you conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the property. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the technology, media, and telecom location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while performing assigned duties.
• Follow all Allied Universal protocols and procedures specific to the technology, media, and telecom environment.
