Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. You will remain visible throughout your shift, provide outstanding customer service, and support access control measures. Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to help to deter unwanted activity.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior or activity.
Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and/or employees as needed to provide assistance and uphold site expectations.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Follow all site-specific procedures related to the food and beverage industry, maintaining awareness of relevant policies and regulations.
