As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic tech and media environment, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, engaging with people on site, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with X-ray screening is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols provided by Allied Universal.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter potential risks and maintain a secure environment.
• Document and report any incidents, unusual observations, or maintenance needs to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client staff to support a secure and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors.
